Sweet Halloween Invitations with Joy Clair Designs

Hi there, crafty friends! Today I’m sharing a quick Halloween invitation using the If You Dare stamp set from Joy Clair Designs. But first, there is a sale going on until October 2, 2020. Get your coffee themed stamps at a discount!

I started out rummaging through my 6×6 paper pads and found this Echo Park paper pad. I will using the paper from this pad along with the If You Dare stamp set, a kraft colored pocket, some fun glitter paper and lots of embellishments from my stash.

I started out by using a 1″ hand hole punch to create a lip in the kraft pocket so that the invitation could easily be taken out of the pocket.

Next, I trimmed down the pattern paper leaving enough room for it to easily slide in and out of the kraft pocket.

The invitation stamp was used next and then cut with a Gina Marie Designs die and distressed with Vintage Photo and Ripe Persimmon distress inks.

Now, was the fun part! I loved pulling out different items from my craft stash to embellish the kraft pocket. I used some glitter paper, chipboard, a doily, and ribbon. I added it all!

The final project with the invitation outside of the kraft pocket.
